Just normal cough since 2months itching
My friend is coughing since last two months and she had a physical contact with someone who had tuberculosis in past she cannot ask if he is cured or not but after they had contact she started cpughing medicine didnt work azithromicyn and zodex she took but no help, and she use to have light fever and itching throat so we suspect
If there is positive history of contact with tuberculosis then tests needs to be done to rule out tuberculosis. She needs to undergo detailed chest examination including chest x ray, blood tests and sometimes CT scan of the chest. Sputum examination is very helpful to identify tuberculosis
