Not to worry, just keep yourself hydrated and if needed take steam. Eat balanced meal. Remember eat small and frequent meals which will provide you energy throughout the day as well as digestion will be easy. Add good amount of protien and seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Hi Nothing to worry you just need more rest and relaxation... Drink more water around 2 to 3 litres per day daily and also drink coconut water or barley water or saboodana water for some days... Good night sleep, well balanced diet, when feeling fine or no headache invade anytime during the day do some light intensity exercises and walking if possible only... Consume all seasonal locally grown fruits and vegetables, nuts, seeds and all foods in moderate quantities and relax more till your headache complete subsides...

Find out the reason for your headache, observe and notice carefully as what is causing you the headache , when it starts and at what time and how it starts ... if possible carefully notice what’s causing the pain and keep yourself distance from all that / those that’s causing you headache as much as you can... Take coconut water daily. Take kadhaa and green tea daily. Take good protein diet. Include dal , egg , curd , beans ,paneer in your diet. Avoid fried ,oily and maida containing food items.
