Because of my exams I slept for 2 hours on average for 3-4 days and now I have started to feel sleepy all day long even after sleeping for 8 hours . Today I almost wet the bed like a little happened but I woke up and was able to avoid it completely. What could be wrong .

You will have to catch up with your sleep. If you don't sleep even now, you will sleep in the Examination Hall which will be worse. You may even sleep while driving. So please don't take medicine to help you remain awake. It will do more damage to you.
