Travelling with low back pain is not advised at this weeks of pregnancy.
Next Steps
Get Ultrsound for cervical length and fetal wellness. Travel by train is the preferred way over others.
Health Tips
Lookout for abdominal pain. If back pain subsides and ultrasound is normal and there is no abdominal pain -  review with ultrasound report for online consultation with practo for prescribed medication before travelling.
