Joint pains

Hi Dr, I have joint pains. Initially it started with moderate pain in knee before 6 months. I have even have that now still but very mild when bending my legs. Den started right shoulder pain when I lift or cook. Followed by elbow and now it is not there. I now have pain in both thumbs, mild pain in wrist and fingers and even heels. I feel like pricking. Nerve compression. Taken all the test. Pls suggest the issue. ESR is 50mm and ANA is 0.46. Reports attached.

avoid sitting on lower heights from where you require to take support of the hands to get up. this additional pains can be due to this repetitive activity done especially from lower heights. the primary culprit is the knee pain.

Hi, Is the pain present at all times or it is more when you wake up in the morning? Is there also complain of stiffness in your joints in the morning, which goes as you start doing work? Consult directly so that i can get some more relevant history and investigations if required and then management can be started.

Hi Rechal, Given your description, I think you have seronegative inflammatory arthropathy, I guess you must be having morning stiffness as well However before jumping to any conclusion,you should rule out any thyroid disorder
