It seems to RA or may be sero negative RA, did winter triggered?, do u encounter more pain n restriction of movements, almost every morning, if so plz sleep after having just pop Rice/corn adding only jira, hold all milk n milk products till baisakhi, apply camper mixed castor oil on joints before bed, have nachani, Ragi,jwar Roti by adding couple of spoons of dried ginger sunthi powder in that,
If u choose to sleep in afternoon plz do it before lunch or food!!
