Hello sir, I have been going through anti tuberculosis regimen treatment of bone. And it's been 3 months I am taking ATT drug akurit-4/akurit-3 now suddenly for last few weeks I am experiencing shoulder joint,ankle,elbow, wrist pain nd last night there was discomfort of spine as well. What I need to do ?

Some medicines may lead to myalgia and bone pains apart from other causes of same. Visit u r doctor at earliest who will Taylor  make changes in ur treatment

Kindly check uric acid. See a rheumatologist for evaluation. Sometimes hyperuricemia can be associated with ATT.

Please get your vitamin b12 and D3 blood test. Need to start a mild pain killer. Do not stop the ATT See your doctor if the pain persists
