Joint of hands & legs are making noise.

From the past few years i am facing an issue regarding joint noise and cracking everytime when i used to do workout, daily routine activity etc. As i am 23 years old young guy having such problems in early stage. Is it is a serious problem? Please doctors guide me.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Noise is common as long as no pain there. consult orthopaedic dr near you. Strength your muscle - might help.

It's normal to have such crackling noice from various joints of body. Don't worry.
