Jogging or running during acid reflux

I have been diagnosed with acid reflux. It's been 2 months now. I still have mild acid reflux symptoms. Is it ok for me to do moderate Jogging on daily basis. I mean when I do it, I feel severe heatburn in my throat. Does it loosens LES more by running daily. And what about the gym workouts

You can do what ever u want but need to space atleast 2 hrs gap should maintain bt work or Jogging and food intake avoid weight training as it increases intra abdominal pressure ..some times can worsen ur reflux. Cardio and Jogging no issues
