Jock itch, eczema, ring worm

I am suffering from jock itch/ ring worm/ tinea on groin area and in supported thighs. I have consulted many dermatologist but non of the medicine worked. Someone says it look like ring worm. Other says somewhere it was eczema and somewhere it was ringworm. I am suffering from this disease from past 6 months. As prescribed by dermatologist, I have used below medicine but nothing worked. Many times I am getting irritated because of this disease. Can somebody help here. 1. Ointment Ciclopirox 0.77 % - Apply BD for 4 weeks 2. Tab Terbinafine 250 mg - 1 tab OD for 2 weeks 3. Tab Itraconazole 200 mg - 1 tab OD for 1 week 4. Ketoconazole soap 5. Tab Levocet 5 mg - 1 tab BD for 10 days (SOS) 6. Tab Azithromycin 500 mg - 1 tab OD for 7 days 7. Nadibact plus cream - Apply locally OD
