My jaw pops, clicks and locks every so often, and I may be eating, trying to get to sleep, just sitting there doing nothing, etc. It usually isn't painful, just really uncomfortable and annoying, it's like if I don't open my mouth slightly (as that is when it clicks) this pressure slightly builds up. I do martial arts and I got hit in the jaw and I actually had to stop and take my gum guard out to adjust my jaw. Do you have any thoughts on this?
