Jaw pain due to teeth extraction

Hi I have started ortho treatment last month only but my right side teeth lower one while extracting it got broken nd X - ray shows its curve nd need to cut bone due to small piece still lying under bone it's paining lot, so dentist told that if we remove its problem for ortho treatment so they given some tablets.. please suggest is that any future problem due to small piece of teeth.. how to resolve the pain.

If it is very small piece u can left it..if it is large n painful..better to remove it..

Good morning Thanks for the query As per your concern you have Root piece in the bone... Most of the time remaining Root piece does not cause ant trouble, but if it's troubling you so in that case better get it removed ...in the meanwhile you can take antibiotics and pain killers as per your dentist.. Hiii the broken piece needs to be removed at the earliest or elsr there are chances of infection developing near it causing lot of pain problems and swelling..for now u may take antibiotics and anti inflammatory medicines to subside pain but ask your doctor to get the broken piece removed at the earliest
