Wisdom teeth on both side...from last 2-3 days I have swelling on jaw line...little pain when I touch near wisdom teeth..

It might be due to an infection in your wisdom tooth.  Swelling might be due to either from the gums or tooth. Need to take an xray for further treatment plan.  You might need extraction of the wisdom tooth
