Jaw and pelvic feel out of aligment.

My jaw and pelvic feel misaligned. This has also caused erection problem. I dont achieve full erection. I read somewhere that atlas misalignent has caused all this. There are no significant pain but i can feel some discomfort. Can you tell what i should do?
