Hello..please do not panic. Your symptoms may be pointing towards TMJ pathology..which is the joint connecting the lower jaw. So visit a dentist  who can check out the condition clinically and advise you for the same.

You definitely need immediate treatment!! yours is a Neuromuscular problem which could have caused a TMJ disorder. Tmj pain, swallowing issues and jaw pain, neck pain are all the side effects of the same issue. Get immediate checkup with a neuromuscular dentist and TMJ specialist.
