From last 1 month, my digestion not good, stool is passing in liquid form continuously, Urine generally comes in yellow colour, Most important continuous little bit pain in the lower right abdominal part(in intestines) When stool passee pain reduce in little bit amount, some feeling of relaxing in pain I get after stool pass, Please tell me some medicine to cure this problem & pain???
