Jackfruit and lower abdomen pain

I am 14 weeks pregnant. Last night I have severe lower abdomen pain on my left side and I can't sleep. Is this a matter of worry for my baby? Is my baby safe?  What medicine can i take for my pain? Also I want to know can I eat jackfruit this time in moderation just 2 or 3 slices?
