Hello Doctor, We are planning for IVF treatment either in april or may. Already 1 IVF cycle resulted in chemical pregnancy and we have taken break in between for 6 months. After chemical pregnancy from next month onways i am always feeling dizzy , tired and imbalance while walking. I have pcos from 10 years and recently diagnosed with thyroid and taking medicines from 3 days. My CBC shows elevated rbc count- 5.08, hemoglobin -15.6 and hemocrit is 45.3 . My doctor told its fine and happens due to hormonal imbalance and the dizziness and values will come down once hormones settle during treatment. Is it true that elevated rbc and hemoglobin is because of hormonal imbalance?
