I am 38 n my husband is 42 we have recently undergone ivf today is 5th day what precautions should I take plz help

Hello There. I can understand your concern. You should just take rest and also have proper food at proper times. do not drive or ride or travel anywhere by road because indian roads are very bad. if you are taking any medications suggested by your doctor , take them as advised on time. nothing special.
