Having done various follicular monitoring cycles and IUIs and IVF, ICSI cycles, I'm unable to conceive, have done genetic studies, everything is normal. Just that the eggs retrieved are quite less each cycle, and embryos formed were grade 1 in first cycle and grade 2 in second cycle, first cycle was fresh transfer day 3, and second cycle frozen transfer blastocysts. Need to further help what can be done?

If you want your own (genetic) baby then surrogacy is the answer. A more rational approach will be adoption.

If several cycles of IVF icdi have failed your only option would be adoption or surrogacy
