Hi, I had 3 failed iui. My doctor conducted 4th iui. My reports are normal with amh 4.2 and had 2 follicles 24 and 28 each in right ovary. My husband semen analysis report says 2% morphology for 40 million sperm count. Report says Astheno spermia/Teratazoo spermia. Will iui fail even this time? It is my 4th day after iui.

With the semen analysis report the IUI may fail again. For you the best alternative is IVF because getting one sperm with perfect conditions is easy .
