What should be the better option if low ovarian reserve, IUI or IVF. I'm 29 years old n trying to conceive since 13-14 months. Had undergone letrozole treatment for 4 cycles with no success. Husband's seminal analysis is normal.
If your tubes are ok, you can try IUI (with Gonadotrophin Injections) maximum 2 cycles, of that fails, IVF. Please remember, IUI has success rate of only 15-20% per cycle and that of IVF is only 40-50%. Similarly IVF cost is much higher than that of IUI
