IUGR in twins pregenency

My wife is pregenent with twins. Recent sonography has shown sevior IUGR, Inadequate liquor, Umbilical artery shows absence of diastolic flow for one of the fetus with weight of 719 gm. Other fetus is normally growing with adequate liquor , normal diastolic flow. He/She is 1809 gm. Is there any ayurvedic treatment which can help and boost the growth ?

No ayurvedic treatment will help.. Try to save the one which s growing well. Follow your gynaecologist.. There could be severe complications.. In such a situation best is to deliver early after fetal lung maturity injection at a gud centre with a good NICU facility
