I recently suffered from malaria 8 days ago and I am recovering from weakness now. But once I started feeling and started masturbating but at the point of come nothing came out. No fluid came out. I tried it today also. I am so worried about it. I am getting the feelings but nothing comes out at time of ejaculation. Am so much worried pkease answer fastly.
