Itiching sensation at Outer Anal Part

Presently I am on Medication of Cyclotin 10mg and Total Nano Leo tablet. But after taking those medicine I feel little itching like sensation whole day in middle of my anal. Is it due to gassy symptoms related to medicine. Pls advice
