Doctor,I have this itchy white stuff on my face...This is all over my face... While washing I suffer from severe itching... Sometimes this is visible..... It will also  come after rubbing frequently...I have acne and white heads....and I'm suffering from severe dandruff too.. Now I'm having this itchy white thing.. What's this doctor?
