Itchy vagina with little white bumps

After masturbation , my vagina started itching very badly and the next day I took a picture of it and notice little white bumps with white stuff inside it . It's not really painful just itches a lot. When I scratched it today near my vagina lip it was bleeding.

Hi. It may be fungal infection.  So meet for local examination.  If any infection is there treated by medicines.
