My 4.5 year son had fallen from bed in month of may and hurt his lower backbone right and had some bruises but from past 2 months he is having some kind of red pimples and itches a lot, does that fall caused any problem to kidney or something. His appetite is normal weight 16kg height 99cms, the marks in back and arms are like ant bites . Should it be anything to be worried about. Does it happen due to dry skin itches.

Yes there is a dry skin...use physiogel lotion daily apply 2 times...change the soap... Dont worry about trauma at back...usually it dont damage the kidney as kid has no issues...
