Itchy rash on palms and finger webbings

For past few months I have been having this rash initially on my finger webbings which now has spread to my palms. The rash on finger webbings are kind of gone but on the palm it has worsened with excessive itching especially early mornings and now the rashes are breaking out with mild inflammation. Any idea what causes of this and any remedy or medication for this
