Itchy Pinprick Red Dots
A few days ago I tried the Dr. Kaufmann Sulfur Zinc Oxide soap, a few or an later I started itching everywhere. Some red pinprick dots started appearing on my arms and thighs. I went to the doctor and gave me Antihistamine (Claricort) and Elica Lotion. I'm on my 3rd day but it hasn't gone away. Flares up when expsed to heat and sweat. I hav dryskin
