She has high igg last time with dust allergy and some food allergy as well.. Also completed medicine course for allergy cetrizine and montek lc... In that time all ok.. But after completing courae again it starts... Several times in day specialy in aircondition sneezing, runny nose, itchy eye and throat... When sneezing 20-30 times continiusly... Please help what it could be or how to tr8 this

I think you wanted to refer to IgE and not IgG. Please appreciate that allergies can be due to anything. And Cetrizine and Montek LC are there to just tide over a crisis. It doesn't change the basic constitution of the body that the body will stop responding to other Allergens. You will still react to the allergens.
