Itching with progesterone gel

I have severe itching with progesterone gel and suppositories. I am okay with PIO after frozen embryo transfer using natural modified cycle. Is there a way I drop progesterone gel and take PIO injections every day. Will no vaginal progesterone drop my sucess rate. Please update on same and I request for help
