Itching under testicles

I am facing itching issue under testicles and in ass. Sometimes its too much.. can anyone suggest some cream or do i need to go a doctor.

It's Fungus  infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation

It could b Seborrhoeic Dermatitis or even scabies from the discription u have provided. These both r progressive diseases and require to b taken care of. Sweating and tight fitting inner wear can aggravate the problem. Preferably consult a Dermatologist for further evaluation and a detailed examination for the same .
