Itching at groin and vaginal area since 3-4 months. I have used cosvat gm an antifungal cream . But it is of no use means the effect was temporary. I have not consult to any doctor yet. Used detol in bath water. But the itching dose not reduced. And the skin become dry and there r red marks on the skin. What I m supposed to do now?

Excessive soap may also cause dryness. There specific intimate washes available such as V-wash. Use that. Check if your partner also has fungal infection. Ideally would be better to get evaluated by a doctor in person

Due to itching skin becomes dry.Consult to gynaecologist and get examined by her.After examination she will prescribe some medicine oral as well as local.Donot use much soap.No sex till healing.
