Most likely worm infestation (pinworms) causing itching, with secondary infection leading to boil. Give Albendazole 400 mg single dose, repeat after 2 weeks (all family members). Maintain hygiene (nail cutting, hand wash). For itching: apply Calamine lotion. For boil: warm compress + Mupirocin. If fever, pain, or increasing boil → oral antibiotics only after pediatrician advice.
