We have to find out the reason for itching. Antihistamines can suppress the itching but it does not cure the disease. We have to find out why it is itching.

No it's not a very big threat. Looks like allergy issue. Do you have sneezing or any other nose complains. You can try taking anti histamine for the itching. Itching can also be due to dryness. Hydrate your self well

Allergy symptoms you are having. Avoid dust exposure. Avoid cold food. Ear wax can also causes ear itching sensation
