I've been having a itching problem on the foreskin of penis. There are some bumps that increases its size when scratched. It usually itches at the night time when I'm on my bed.i haven't had sex yet. My elbow and my fingers(both of feet and hand) also itches . Is it eczema. How can I cure it?
