I am having an itching sensation in my vagina. If I itch then I'm having wouds over there. Sometimes it appears to be in white color slightly.

By correct history and examination , we can arrive at diagnosis and start appropriate treatment. For itching take  antihistamines like levocetrzine at night and consult a nearby qualified dermatologist.
