Itching in private area

Hello Doctor, I am experiencing an uncomfortable itching sensation on the external skin folds of my intimate area. I am unable to do a voice or video call right now, so I am sharing my symptoms here: Location: Itching on the external area (outer and inner lips). Urination: The urge to scratch is strongest right before and after I pass urine. When I pee, it causes a stinging irritation on the outer skin if i have scratched already. Skin Appearance: The skin looks normal if I don't touch it, but it gets red if I scratch aggressively. Discharge: I do not have any unusual or abnormal vaginal discharge but there is a bit whitish residue very little in inner vulva region, like dead skin sort of idk properly Itching increases during periods. Most of the time it's doesn't itch but sometimes there i great urge to. Could you please review this via chat and suggest a safe external cream or treatment to stop the itching? Thank you.

Looks like yeast infection. Consult for prescription please.

Itching on your outer and inner labia that worsens around periods, with a little whitish residue, usually points to vulval skin irritation or a mild yeast-type overgrowth. It's not something to treat with a cream picked over chat, since the wrong one can make irritation worse.
Next Steps
Wear breathable cotton underwear and avoid scented soaps or wipes in that area. Rinse with plain water after urinating instead of scratching or scrubbing. If it doesn't settle in a week, see a gynaecologist for an exam and a quick swab test.
Health Tips
See a gynaecologist sooner if you notice a strong odour, a change in discharge colour, or pain during sex.
