Dandruff like thing in my scalp but in layer form,itching and dryness hair lose is also there.same thing is in my eyebrow also

It must be dandruff only. Pl apply anti fungal lotion, use antidandruff shampoo, apply neosporin eye ointment. Wash your comb and pillow covers with every head wash. Pl see a dermatologist
