Sometimes I get this itching in my ear and it is very irritating and I can't resist it also. And I want to get my ear clean also and I don't use ear buds Please help me

Allergic otitis extern could be the cause.Get the cleaned by an ENT and they will apply a mild steroid cream to reduce the irritation. Few such applications will decrease the problem. Check out if you have any dandruff problem as it can also cause the ears to itch!
