Itching followed by swelling and redness in the hands legs , took levocetrizine 5mg then symptoms disappeared then after 1 week again appear . What to do sir/maam . I stay at home not exposed to any allergen. Kindly suggest any medication

Seems like a Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria. Assuming this diagnosis, Levocet needs to be consumed for atleast 3-6 months.
