Hi, A few days back when there was rain and cloudy it started with itching at the scrotum and sometimes at the penile shaft. No bumps or redness. Now I am feeling a burning sensation at the urethral opening and slight pain in the penis. I am unmarried. Does this go away on its own ? or Whom do I need to consult Urologist or dermatologist ? Kindly provide your valuable advice.
