Itching burning redness swelling

There is constant itching redness bumps swelling burning while urination inside vagina and outside it. I think its yeast infection but can't confirm. I have used betnovate and yogurt it's soothing but for some time, now the area has become red. Help me please. Should i use clotrimazole / boric acid
