Itching burning genital warts

I have been experiencing discomfort in my genital area from Oct 2015, constant itching , pain during intercourse. I noticed warts at that initially and with time they are multiplying in and around my vagina. I was treated for bacterial and fungal infections with antibiotics and creams but it didn't get cured. I have not got a pap smear done yet though.
