Good afternoon docter. Iam Madhukar from Hyderabad.one year back I suffered with bed bugs sevearly and iam using psycriatic dugs vilazodone sincs 2years ,now I stopped. So I am getting sevear itching at night time and little low at day time.if I rub on legs searches are comming ,blood also comming,skin is looking old skin  docter. Old skin is  spreading docter.please tell me what is reason..please suggest medication docter.please Thank you docter
