Hello Doctor, I occasionally get itching underneath scrotum, and foreskin of my penis.There are small red patches too. There is no white discharge or pain. Just severe itching,felt like rubbing with sandpaper. After scratching scrotum, it gives momentary relaxation. But redness is more prominent. I have history of ezcema only on legs,knee and right thigh, during summer sweat and winter dry skin. Please advice how to recover this during quarantine.
