I have experiencing continuous itching around my private parts and buttocks followed by development of red patches/rings in those areas.I have applied quadriderm several times but it has been of no use.Is it due to fungal infection?I am under medication for psoriasis.Could that be the reason?

Yaa according to your history it looks like a fungal infection. Stop using quadriderm it contains it will increase it too much. Use ketoconazole cream twice daily. Which medicines are you applying for psoriasis.
