Hi doctor, I'm having itching around my genitals. Both on testicular region and penis. Also on the tip of penis there are red marks. Earlier thought it was fungal infection. But it has inflammation effects just like when a sandpaper is rubbed against skin. No pain or burning sensation. No white discharge. Note: i have eczema on legs only when skin becomes dry or too much sweating. Is this related to same?
