I have continuous itching on my testicles whenever i touched them and mostly on nights. Firstly it started with only one head bump on scrotum and it will itching there only 3-4 weeks back ,I used antifungal shop and powder but no use . It has multiple now. What medicine should i would take ? And is it anything serious?What is the cause of this? Disease name.
